| Job Summary | The Program Coordinator supports the full student lifecycle for the Customized Online Programs (CP) within Executive Education at the Jindal School of Management (JSOM), from prospective student outreach through alumni engagement. This position partners with program leadership, faculty, and campus stakeholders to ensure efficient academic operations and a high-quality student experience. Primary responsibilities include supporting recruitment and admissions processes; coordinating student onboarding and registration; assisting with academic processes and student communications; maintaining accurate program records; and supporting graduation and alumni relations initiatives. The Program Coordinator also contributes to event coordination, monitors student progress, and collaborates with internal departments to effectively address student needs and ensure program success |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
