| Job Summary | The IT Service Management (ITSM) Application Administrator will report to and partner closely with the IT Service Management Director, serving as the organization’s primary expert in ITSM application configuration, platform administration, workflow design, and integrations. This role functions as the lead administrator, configurator, and solution designer for TeamDynamix, the University’s IT Service Management System—ensuring the environment is well-governed, continuously improved, and aligned with organizational and ITIL best practices. The organization has already established a robust ITSM tool and support processes. In this role, the individual will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing the existing platform, while providing expert guidance on refining changes that align with both industry standards and university-specific requirements. This position primarily focuses on configuration and process improvement, requiring little to no traditional software development or minimal coding. Instead, it focuses on leveraging out-of-box capabilities to configure processes, design forms and workflows, integrate systems through iPaaS or similar tools, deliver training, and help standardize ITSM and PPM processes across the organization. The role also maintains responsibility for platform documentation, service roadmaps, standard operating procedures, governance artifacts, and process diagrams—ensuring changes are reviewed, approved, and communicated in accordance with institutional standards and compliance requirements. |
