The position completes the appointment process and related tasks for new and established patients. This position provides the first point of contact with the patient and must demonstrate a friendly demeanor and excellent patient relations. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year but less than 3 years of experience in high volume medical scheduling; at least 1 year but less than 3 years of medical office experience; knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance guidelines. |
