The Office of Enrollment Operations is seeking an individual with managerial experience in the technology sector to fill our Manager, Information Technology position. Apply now to join our team! The Manager, Information Technology leads the Recruiting and Admissions Solutions group within the Office of Enrollment Operations’ Enrollment Technology Team, supporting UT Dallas’ Offices of Admissions and Enrollment Operations in designing, implementing, and maintaining key technology solutions related to student recruiting and admission. Specifically, this position acts as a hands-on technical administrator working across multiple enterprise systems, including Salesforce and related middleware platforms, to deliver technology solutions for prospective student recruitment and application systems in the areas of CRM development, marketing, event management, data management, reporting, and systems integration in Salesforce and other software platforms. This position also supports new project intake by participating in reviewing and prioritizing campus-wide work requests, determining the necessity and potential benefits of the requested work or project, and creating relevant units of work to be documented and implemented. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems or related field. Five to seven years or more of progressively responsible experience in the area of specialization; OR the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Two years supervisory experience overseeing information resources professionals. |

| Other Qualifications | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position. |

Remote Work Notice Following successful completion of an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be cancelled.
