| Job Summary | Join the Callier Center as a Clinical Practice Manager and lead the day-to-day operations that keep our clinic running smoothly. You will oversee insurance verification, patient scheduling, registration, charge capture and reconciliation, billing, and collections all while ensuring a high-quality patient experience. In this role, you will supervise the front office, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and collections/accounts receivable teams. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to drive operational excellence, mentor staff, and make a meaningful impact on both clinic performance and patient care. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree and five years of related accounting and office management/supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
