| Job Summary | The Program Coordinator supports the Office of Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Curricular Services team by managing academic program proposals, maintaining authorized degree and certificate matrices, coordinating Student Course Feedback surveys, and assisting with faculty credentialing processes. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills to ensure accurate data management, compliance with institutional and external requirements, and timely communication with stakeholders. The Program Coordinator will also provide reporting support and assist with documentation and other duties as assigned. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Preferred Education and Experience | Preferred Education and Experience Master’s degree and 5 years of experience in higher education or equivalent experience. |
| Other Qualifications | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position. |

| Additional Information | Remote Work Notice The position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule after in-person training for an appropriate length of time as determined by the supervisor. Employees must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice.
