| Job Summary | The HRIS Analyst will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the university’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including PeopleSoft HCM. Reporting to the Director of HRIS in the Office of Human Resources, this role acts as a critical link between HR functional teams and technical resources, helping translate business needs into system functionality. The HRIS Analyst will assist in data analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, and user support, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data integrity, and process optimization in a collaborative, higher education environment. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years HRIS analyst experience or other relevant IT support experience. |
