| Job Summary | Provide maintenance of food service equipment. Including, but not limited to, performing routine and preventative maintenance and ensuring safety and code compliance. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | High School Diploma or GED. 1 years of relevant experience. Valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record. |

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities | Skilled assistant will support Building Services Supervisor and Director of Dining & Retail Services in diagnosing and supporting university kitchen equipment. Also, responsible for light preventative maintenance, light plumbing and electrical and assist with quality control. This role requires teamwork and commitment to food and equipment safety standards. Some evening or weekend availability may be required. Other duties as assigned. |
