| Job Summary | The Career Development Specialist (CDS) for the JSOM Career Management Center (CMC) plays a vital role in preparing undergraduate students for career success. This position provides personalized coaching in résumé development, networking, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter writing, mock interviews, and internship search strategies. The CDS will meet with students individually, lead professional development workshops, conduct classroom presentations, and collaborate with undergraduate programs and concentrations to ensure students are career-ready. Reporting to the Associate Director of Undergraduate Professional Development, the CDS will work closely with the Assistant Dean, Corporate Relations Team, and other Career Development Specialists to deliver comprehensive career support. As an active member of the CMC team, this role will also assist with student engagement initiatives, employer events, and other center activities as needed. Please Note: There are two vacancies for this position. |
