| Job Summary | The International Support Program Coordinator will act as the main administrative support personnel for international programs and partnerships developed through UT Dallas’s International Center. Reporting to the Senior Director for International Initiatives in the International Center, the position will coordinate logistics for international delegations and visitors, international grant implementation, help process and track partnership agreements, serve as the support point of contact for visitors, as well as assist with the onboarding of visiting students and scholars resulting from international programs. This full-time position requires program and project management within a higher-education environment, support for grants, and legal contract drafting and review. Experience working with international groups as well as hospitality management/event planning is required. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | - Bachelor’s degree in related field. - A minimum of two years of experience providing support to programs or projects or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |

| Additional Information | Remote Notice: After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. May be required to use personal computer and other standard office equipment. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
