| Job Summary | Responsible for administering day to day access control activities for PeopleSoft (PS) applications, with technical leadership in the areas of PS security maintenance, testing, documentation and production support; and coordinating activities with multiple institutions to meet compliance with established policies and procedures. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience or associate’s degree and 4 years of related experience or high school diploma and 6 years of related experience. |

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities | ·Create vision and direction in the area of technical improvements based on enhancements provided in the PS software. ·Establish and solidify a more effective and standardized policy/procedure repository and ensure team members are utilizing and contributing to the information. ·Act as the primary technical resource for audit and investigative efforts across internal/external entities. ·Mentor/train Access Control Analyst I team members. ·Ability to define, configure, and administer PS security across multiple instances (development, test, production, etc.) and applications (Interaction Hub, HCM, EPM, FMS, Campus Solutions, and/or CRM) which includes interacting and working closely with multiple teams to implement PS Security. ·Ability to configure/develop security objects that adhere to Oracle/PeopleSoft/UT System development standards and best practices, and ability to document the security infrastructure so that it may be interpreted, maintained and enhanced while providing documentation for internal/external audits. ·Apply knowledge of PS security delivered functionality (user profiles, roles, permission list, etc.) to maximize features and functionality in support of identified customer requirements. Ability to make recommendations to improve, streamline and automate PS security. ·Respond to, and troubleshoot, reported problems pertaining to the supported PS applications. Identify the cause, design or develop an approach for resolution, and upon approval, implement the correction to meet user specific needs. ·Perform impact analysis on all PS applications/PeopleTools updates and provide impact analysis and remediation. ·Other duties as assigned. |
