| Job Summary | The Undergraduate Student Outcomes Data Analyst supports JSOM’s institutional goal to enhance undergraduate student success through the strategic use of data. This position plays a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insight by building automated data pipelines, integrating multiple campus systems, and developing interactive dashboards that support real-time decision-making. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled problem-solver with strong analytical and communication abilities, capable of bridging data engineering and institutional strategy to improve retention and graduation outcomes. |

| Preferred Education and Experience | Preferred Education and Experience • Master’s degree in a related discipline. • Experience working in higher education, institutional research, or student success analytics. • Familiarity with data governance, predictive modeling, or machine learning applications. |
