The Office of Admissions is looking for an individual with a strong customer support background, preferably in a higher education environment, and strong reading and writing skills to fill our Coordinator of Special Programs position. Apply now to join our team! The Coordinator of Special Programs serves in a dual role on the Undergraduate Enrollment & Scholarship Team. Provides information and counseling to prospective students and applicants in response to inquiries and/or concerns regarding specified scholarships maintained by the Office of Admissions, including but not limited to the Academic Excellence Scholarship, the Top 10% Scholarship, and the Transfer Academic Achievement Scholarship. Additionally, this position assists with the decisioning process for first-time-in-college freshman applicants to UT Dallas programs. |

Remote Work Notice Following successful completion of an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be cancelled.
