Job Summary | The Director of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Operations at the Callier Center for Communication Disorders will be responsible for all clinical service activities in the Callier Speech-Language Pathology Clinic including overseeing scheduling, insurance and financial analyses for the clinic in collaboration with the Director of Business Operations and the Director of Administrative Operations and Compliance. The Director will also consult with Callier Center Leadership, including the Senior Director of Development on fund raising, clinical grant writing and marketing strategies for the speech-language pathology program. The successful candidate must be eligible for or hold a Texas License in Speech-Language Pathology and The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). |
Minimum Education and Experience | Master’s degree in Speech-Language or in closely related field. Holds current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Texas or can obtain by the date of hire and the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Eight (8) years of progressive clinical experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, at least three (3) of which must include being the direct supervisor of other licensed clinical Speech-Language Pathologists. |
