Bachelor’s degree in one of the basic sciences; Two years experience in scientific or experimental research work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in biomedical engineering, materials science, biochemistry, pharmaceutics, and related fields.
• A minimum of two years of experience with wet lab equipment and related facilities.
• Experiences with human subject research and animal research.
• Experience collaborating with undergraduate and graduate student researchers.
• Prior experience with IRB protocol development and compliance under PI leadership
• Technical aptitude in any of the following: chemical synthesis, materials development, drug delivery, tumor or bleeding animal models.

• Assisting in the development and management of IRB and/or IACUC protocols under the direct
• guidance of the PI
• Conduct wet-lab experiments and experiments involving animal research
• Perform informed consent in accordance with IRB protocols for research involving human subjects
• Collaborate with a team of student researchers, providing basic training as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized research documentation
• Ensure all activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with relevant regulatory standards
