Job Summary | The Outreach, Recruitment, and Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for providing meticulous and thorough program management to include support for departmental outreach and recruitment efforts by:

Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Preferred Education and Experience | The Outreach, Recruitment, and Admissions Coordinator must be able to work independently under the supervision of the Business Manager Lead, demonstrating both initiative and follow-through, but must also work effectively as a team member in support of the mission of the department. A high degree of independent judgment and decision-making, creativity, and progressive thinking is required. Additionally, the ability to provide accurate and timely information to students, faculty, and staff regarding programs, upcoming recruiting and department events, initiatives, and outcomes is necessary for success. Additional Information | This position is funded through a combination of sources, including soft funds, and is renewable pending continued financial support. Remote Work Notice A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 2-day remote weekly) after probationary period. The employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment. Use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
