The Graduate Support Assistant will coordinate graduate student processes for the Department of Mathematical Sciences. A successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to students to enhance the graduate student experience and assist with the continued development of graduate student program’s growth. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Associate’s degree and four or more years of administrative office experience in an academic office, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent computer skills with various software programs and ability to work with specialized databases. Outstanding customer service skills required. |
Preferred Education and Experience | Bachelor’s Degree Preferred |
Other Qualifications | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position. |
