Job Summary
This position will be responsible for sorting, logging and ensuring the timely delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and supplies to all UTD campuses.
Minimum Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License. Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
Preferred Education and Experience
Basic computer knowledge preferred.

To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Sort incoming mail and packages.
• Log all trackable packages to all departments and campuses.
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages using mail equipment or online shipping software.
• Receive incoming freight.
• Lift packages/freight of up to 70 lbs.
• Track packages using online shipping software.
• Performs driving, good customer service, answering phones and email.
• Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and have a valid drivers license. Will work inside of warehouse and outdoors delivering packages.

A remote work schedule is not available for this position.
