Job Summary | The Director of HRIS at UT Dallas will serve as a strategic and technical leader, responsible for aligning HR technology with institutional goals and enhancing the efficiency of HR operations. This role will act as a translator between HR subject matter experts and IT developers, ensuring that business needs are clearly defined, documented, and effectively implemented in systems such as PeopleSoft HCM. The Director will initially serve as the lead HRIS resource and will collaborate closely with IT to validate and test solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, HR business processes, and the ability to drive innovation through the thoughtful use of technology, including AI and third-party tools.
