Job Summary | The position is responsible for providing expertise to implement, develop, and evaluate enrollment initiatives, develop recruitment strategies, and assist the department of Interdisciplinary Studies with strategic implementation of recruitment activities by identifying strong recruitment approaches and developing outreach programs. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with five years of experience working with students and programs in higher education, or related community programs; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Preferred Education and Experience | Master’s degree and experience in higher education recruitment; effective communication and leadership skills; ability to travel to partnering schools.

Other Qualifications | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position. |
