Job Summary | The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking to fill the position of Residential Life Coordinator – Capella Hall. This is a full-time professional position that shares responsibility with other full-time staff members for facilitation to a comprehensive student development program for on-campus apartments and five residence halls housing approximately 5,500 students. The purpose of this position is to provide additional supervision and oversight for our residential students through development and programmatic efforts. This position is a permanent, full-time, live-on, non-exempt position that reports to the Assistant Director of Residential Life – University Commons. This position will also have work responsibilities that will occur outside normal business hours. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience working with college students or adolescents in an advisory, administrative, or educational capacity. |
Preferred Education and Experience | • Three to five years experience in residential life, student affairs, student advising, higher education administration, or similar work responsibilities • Master’s degree • Must have valid driver’s license • Some experience with Microsoft Office suite |
