Job Summary | The Research Security and Ethics team is seeking a compliance professional with analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will complete export compliance and research compliance training. Professional development is required and available within this role. A successful candidate will be required to use Microsoft Office applications along with training for other software (REDCap, Box, Visual Compliance, custom internal applications). |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in science, public administration, or related field. Three (3) years of research administration experience. |
Preferred Education and Experience | Experience administering export control compliance, international trade compliance, or relevant federal national security policies and regulations in industry or in an academic research environment is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

Additional Information | After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. May be required to use personal computer and other standard office equipment. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
