Job Summary | The Computational Neuropsychology and Affective Neuroscience Lab, directed by Dr. Stacie Warren, is seeking a Research Associate (Postdoctoral Fellow) eager to apply mathematical modeling to advance understanding of brain network representations, with a specific focus on the development and emergence of psychopathology. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and application of computational models that examine how brain and behavioral networks give rise to mental health disorders. This interdisciplinary research integrates approaches from network science, machine learning, and developmental neuroscience to uncover the patterns and mechanisms underlying psychopathology. The Research Associate will be primarily responsible for planning, conducting, and overseeing a wide range of experimental research. In collaboration with Dr. Warren, the associate will play a key role in evaluating and interpreting research data. This position involves conducting experiments using advanced equipment and applying complex techniques, methods, and procedures. The associate will also plan and execute experimental details in accordance with established research protocols. This position is housed in the Department of Psychology within the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD — bbs.utdallas.edu).
