Job Summary | Reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, the Director of Data Analytics, Training and Assessment oversees program assessment, evaluation and data analysis for the Division of Student Affairs, a large unit comprising 23 functional areas and more than 250 full-time staff. The director manages a comprehensive and sustainable division-wide assessment operation focused on continuously improving programs and services that enhance the student experience and contribute meaningfully to student learning and success. The director is also critical in supporting strategic planning and decision-making for the Division of Student Affairs. The director serves as a valued member of the Student Affairs Executive Leadership Team, supporting the Vice President for Student Affairs. The director is one of Student Affairs’ primary campus liaisons, routinely collaborating with partners in UT Dallas’ seven academic schools, the Honors College, the Office of Undergraduate Education, the Office of Graduate Education and the Office of Institutional Success and Decision Support. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related progressive experience. |

Additional Information | Remote Notice: After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
