The Enrollment Services Advisor III supports the Office of Admissions in the strategic growth of the high-caliber undergraduate student population at UT Dallas. The Enrollment Services Advisor III plays an integral role in the recruitment and enrollment of National Merit Scholars, requiring a comprehensive understanding of admission processes and the unique motivations of high-achieving students. In close collaboration with staff in the Hobson Wildenthal Honors College, as well as other admissions counselors, campus partners, and key stakeholders, this position actively engages with National Merit Semifinalists and Finalist, who will contribute to the academic excellence of UT Dallas. Additionally, this position supports the Office of Admissions through local and domestic recruitment, travel, and territory management as needed. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in college admissions, student advising, student recruitment, or related field. |

Working Conditions | Other - Ability to sit or stand at will for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to perform frequent to constant repetitive keyboarding functions to complete work tasks. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. |
Additional Information | This position REQUIRES extensive travel, including evening, extended overnight and weekend travel. Hiring preference may be give to internal applicants. Required Skills and Abilities:
Remote Work Notice Following successful completion of an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be cancelled.
