Job Summary | Reporting to the senior director of development communications, the marketing coordinator will provide support across the communications team, working to ensure timely completion of projects and advance overall efforts and initiatives. Use organizational skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and speed, exercising judgment to prioritize assignments when multiple deadlines approach. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree with marketing, communications, business or other applicable areas of study. Three to five years of experience in a marketing, communications or public relations area. |
Preferred Education and Experience | Experience writing, editing and project management. Proven ability to contribute to communications efforts, think creatively and organize tasks. Knowledge of AP Style. Comfortable collaborating in a team environment, but also able to work independently. Experience in higher education or agency environment preferred. |
