Job Summary | Develop, maintain, and administer a comprehensive security plan that encompasses card access, keys, and audits. Learn the software system that runs card access and provide support to all housing staff in utilizing the system. Provide administrative and operational support for the Senior Director of Housing Operations. This position will work primarily with the operations staff, but also with other housing staff as required. This position will support the Housing Operations team related to office supplies, scheduling, customer service, technology, and all administrative tasks. The Administrative Project Coordinator I will assist with procurement and will serve as a backup for other Administrative Project Coordinator’s duties. This position may serve in an on-call rotation. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Additional Information | Remote Notice: After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
