Job Summary | Plan, conduct, and direct a wide variety of experiments. Responsible for the evaluation and interpretation of research data. Conduct experiments using advanced equipment, and applying complex techniques, methods, and procedures; plan and execute the details of experiments according to research protocol. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Ph.D in a related field. |
Preferred Education and Experience | Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or in other studies through which candidates have gained expertise in integrated circuit design. Experiences in millimeter-wave integrated circuits and system design using SiGe HBT’s. Characterization of millimeter wave integrated circuits and systems. |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities | Design of SiGe HBT circuits operating at millimeter wave frequencies. Train AI assistant models and tools for integrated circuit design. Benchmark the performance of circuits implemented with AI assistance. Evaluate the feasibility of using the models and tools for other types of integrated circuit technologies. |
