Job Summary | The Director of Student Success works in partnership with and as part of the Jonsson School Office of Undergraduate Affairs. The Director leads the development and implementation of high-impact student academic support programs across the undergraduate experience with the goal of increasing student engagement, persistence, resilience, engineering identity, and graduation rates. This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Student Success and works closely with the Director of Advising and the Assistant Dean of Assessment. |
Minimum Education and Experience | PhD and 2 years development and implementation of new student success initiatives; Master’s Degree and 4 years development and implementation of new student success initiatives. |

Additional Information | REMOTE WORK FOR FUTURE AVAILABILITY - After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. May be required to use personal computer and other standard office equipment. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
