Job Summary | Under the supervision of the Living Learning Communities (LLC) Assistant Director, provide program assistance to assigned communities. Duties include: developing and facilitating evening, weekend, in-person, and virtual programs; developing and maintaining faculty partnerships; facilitating marketing initiatives including social media; assisting in assessment; conducting academic intervention; managing application process; and tracking course enrollment. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s Degree. One (1) or more years related work experience. An equivalent level of education and/or experience is acceptable. |
Preferred Education and Experience | Master’s degree with 3-5 years experience in Residential Life or Living Learning in a university setting; Experience with student management, assessment and database management, training, faculty relationship building, social media management, video and photo editing, StarRez, and Orion. |
