Job Summary
Job Summary
Manage the provost’s calendar, correspondence, and file maintenance as requested. Coordinate the provost’s travel, reimbursements, and OneCard reconciliations. Work collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, university leaders, UT System offices, and other UT and higher education institutions in a highly professional, helpful, and discrete manner.

Serve as UT System liaison for the provost. Coordinate searches for Deans and Academic Affairs leaders. Maintain a repository for Affiliation Agreements. Coordinate annual invitations for the Kusch Lecture. Additional duties as requested.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and nine years of office administration or related experience, including five years as an Administrative Assistant II or a high paced and complex administrative support position. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Suite Applications. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
