Job Summary | Work with multiple IT teams and functional departments to develop, maintain, and enhance Enterprise PeopleSoft Applications and Oracle databases. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree and 2 years of related experience or high school diploma and 4 years of related experience. |
Preferred Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree with coursework in computer science or information systems or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 5+ years’ experience in systems analysis, design, and software programming including:
General understanding of all phases of the application development lifecycle and project management disciplines. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel). Oracle DBA Certifications and Certifications in supported technologies. Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Enterprise Portal, HCM, Financials, EPM, and/or CRM. Experience integrating PeopleSoft with non-PeopleSoft Applications. Excellent organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization and handle fast paced, dynamic, sometimes volatile environment. |
