Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide MarTech testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Establish quality governance across Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Develop test plans, testing approaches, schedules, and release validation checkpoints.
• Validate Adobe Campaign workflows, audience targeting, personalization, and multi-channel communications (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, MMS).
• Test data ingestion, XDM schema mapping, identity resolution, and customer profile creation in AEP & RTCDP.
• Validate customer journey orchestration, event-triggered interactions, and real-time journey execution in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Test Offer Decisioning rules, ranking models, eligibility criteria, and contextual offer delivery.
• Validate integrations between AEM, Adobe Campaign, AEP, AJO, Adobe Analytics, CRM platforms, CDPs, Data Warehouses, APIs, and external marketing systems.
