Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst - Global Account Management
Title: Business Analyst - Account Management Operations
Job Tye: Full Time/Direct Hire
Location Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the Account Management organization by providing proactive analytical insights and recommendations.
- Build and enhance white-space analysis models to identify customer growth opportunities, expansion potential, and revenue optimization strategies
- Build and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and expense reporting models to support business planning.
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Improve existing analytical processes, reporting methodologies, and forecasting models.
- Develop executive-level presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommended actions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy across systems.
- Present recommendations to leadership and confidently explain business implications.
Must Have/Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, Commercial Analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Proven ability to perform complex analysis and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to leadership teams.
- Experience in at least 3 of the following:
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- White-space analysis
- Expense analysis/reporting
- Financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to challenge assumptions using data and influence business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required.
- Industry experience is flexible; Account Management or Sales Operations exposure is preferred but not required.
