Our client is seeking a SharePoint Consultant - Remote
Essential Functions
- Design and configure SharePoint sites, pages, lists, document libraries, permissions, and workflows.
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate needs into effective SharePoint solutions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Recommend governance, design content and assess security standards.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and recommend solutions.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and best-practice guidance.
- Develop cadence, processes, and enhancements for implementation.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
- Evaluate existing solutions and recommend improvements to usability, efficiency, and functionality.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Experience implementing and administering SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps preferred.
- Experience gathering business requirements and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
