About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client-Side SaaS Implementation Project Manager to lead governance, stakeholder coordination, and vendor oversight for the implementation of PlotBox and its integration with Oracle NetSuite. The successful candidate will represent the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective execution, risk management, business readiness, and successful adoption of the new platform. PlotBox is responsible for implementation delivery, configuration, migration, integration, testing coordination, and go-live planning.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary client-side project management lead for the PlotBox implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration initiative.
• Provide governance, vendor oversight, and independent review of project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain project action logs, risk registers, decision logs, issue trackers, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate internal business stakeholders, subject matter experts, finance teams, IT resources, and executive sponsors.
• Oversee legacy data migration activities, including validation, reconciliation, exception management, and business sign-off.
• Facilitate coordination among client teams, PlotBox, and any participating Oracle professional services teams.
• Lead client-side testing readiness, UAT coordination, defect prioritization, training readiness, and operational preparedness.
• Support executives go/no-go decisions and oversee post-production stabilization and project closeout activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business application deployments.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Proven expertise in data migration oversight and business process transition initiatives.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and project governance skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite implementations or ERP projects.
• Experience overseeing SaaS platform deployments.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing software vendor relationships and third-party system integrations.
• Background in change management, operational readiness, or business transformation programs.
