Data Analyst (HR Data & Reporting)
Location: 100% Remote
Experience: 3-5 Years

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support HR-related reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, develop complex reports, validate critical data, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Required Skills:

• Advanced SQL (Teradata preferred)
• Tableau
• Advanced Excel
• Advanced PowerPoint / Think-Cell
• Experience with data validation, KPI reporting, and analytics
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working with large relational databases

Preferred Skills:

• Workday reporting experience
• Python, R, or Data Modeling
• JIRA
• Statistical analysis and dashboard development

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• MBA preferred
