Pay Rate: $35/hr

About the Role

As a Health & Wellness Coach on our NeverStop team, you will play a critical role in helping adults age successfully. NeverStop is a data-driven wellness program that combines personalized coaching, digital tools, and predictive insights to help adults ages 50+ improve their physical, mental, and social well-being.

In this role, you will guide members through onboarding, help them establish meaningful health and wellness goals, and provide ongoing coaching and accountability through virtual interactions. You'll work directly with members to increase engagement, improve outcomes, and deliver an exceptional coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through enrollment and onboarding into the NeverStop wellness program.
• Support members in navigating web-based applications and digital health tools.
• Partner with members to identify, prioritize, and achieve personalized health and wellness goals.
• Deliver coaching sessions via phone and video conferencing platforms.
• Provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and support to encourage long-term engagement.
• Conduct scheduled follow-up outreach to drive participation and retention.
• Educate members on technology and program resources to maximize success.
• Document all member interactions accurately within the case management system.
• Identify trends, member feedback, and insights, and share recommendations with internal teams.
• Work independently while delivering a high-quality and member-centric experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Health and Wellness Coach with 2-5 years of coaching experience.
• Experience working with adults in the 50-80 age demographic.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and active listening skills.
• Training and demonstrated proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques.
• Experience conducting coaching sessions via telephone and video conferencing.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting aging, senior, or chronic-care populations.
• Previous startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience working with Apple products (MacOS) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
• Proficiency navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-directed approach.
