This role is focused on building and supporting Jira Cloud environments, partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure projects, develop automation, manage workflows and permissions, and provide support for Jira and Confluence users.

This role is focused on building and supporting Jira Cloud environments, partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure projects, develop automation, manage workflows and permissions, and provide support for Jira and Confluence users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into Jira solutions
- Build and configure Jira Cloud projects, workflows, screens, and custom fields
- Develop and maintain Jira Automation rules
- Configure Scrum and Kanban boards
- Support users through a service desk environment
- Manage Jira and Confluence access requests and permissions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Jira Cloud administration experience
- Experience with workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, and permission schemes
- Hands-on Jira Automation experience
- Experience supporting users in a ticketing/service desk environment
- Confluence administration experience preferred
- Jira Service Management (JSM) experience is a plus
