Our client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager

Title: Senior Project Manager, Human Resources (HR)
Location: Remote (Must be available to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST or CST)
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support strategic Human Resources initiatives with a primary focus on improving the employment offer process for candidates across Europe. This role will partner with HR leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements, establish project governance, and lead complex projects from discovery through implementation.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience within Human Resources, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead initiatives in a global environment.
Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross-functional HR projects from initiation through completion.
Drive process improvement, business transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Establish project governance, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with HR stakeholders to improve processes related to employment offers and recruitment operations.
Build and execute risk mitigation and change management strategies.
Coordinate activities across global teams and multiple time zones.
Track project progress and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering,
Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or similar project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience working with global teams and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Procurement, or IT.
PMP Certification.
Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Experience with process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
HR Transformation, HR PMO, HRIS, Workday, or People Operations project experience.
Experience supporting international or EMEA-based projects.
