Location: Tulsa, OK / Remote (Home Working)

Seeking a Project Manager - Data II with experience in Billing Operations, Financial Systems, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The role involves leading projects that identify revenue leakage, analyze billing discrepancies, drive root-cause investigations, and coordinate remediation efforts across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects focused on Order-to-Cash and billing workflow analysis.
• Identify revenue leakage and billing discrepancies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Create executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate project meetings, track risks/actions, and remove roadblocks.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Establish governance, documentation, and process best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Billing Operations, Financial Systems, or Order-to-Cash environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect operational workflows to financial outcomes.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and leading through influence.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
