About the Role
Client is seeking a Literature Design Specialists to join our U.S.-based design team on a contract basis. This role is critical in strengthening our ability to independently develop and maintain high-quality Client marketing literature. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of customer-facing materials, ensuring every asset reflects the engineering excellence and brand integrity of Client.

Key Responsibilities

· Literature Development: Independently design, update, and maintain professional marketing literature and technical collateral.

· Brand Governance: Act as a subject matter expert on Client branding guidelines, ensuring strict adherence to templates, visual standards, and design requirements.

· Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality control on all work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.

· Workflow Management: Execute design tasks efficiently under minimal supervision, following established creative directions and stakeholder feedback.

· Project Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, ensuring all materials meet Client' high standards for customer-facing excellence.

Required Qualifications

· Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.

· Professional Design Experience: A proven track record in marketing literature design and production, specifically for large-scale corporate or industrial organizations.

· Client Brand Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Client branding guidelines, visual standards, and template requirements.

· Meticulous Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and "zero-error" quality control.

· Strategic Design Sense: A deep understanding of the content and visual hierarchy required for professional, high-end marketing literature.

· Operational Efficiency: Ability to work rapidly and maintain high output while following established processes and creative direction.

· Organizational Skills: Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Notes:-

· Tools - Adobe Suite - Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop and PowerPoint is a plus
Someone who can create literature/brochure/catalogue/guide given the images, templates provided

· Wants to strengthen the quality, reputability of our literature

· Lot of opportunity to create a brand-new literature for customers

· Create Catalogue, fliers of 2 pages to 100 pages

· Working with engineer to get Data/info/content for literature

· They do not do printing, everything is digital

· literature Goes to website, partners, customers

· Follow brand guidelines/standard for Client.

· Taking pdf information from engineers and creating good contents to send to our customers

· Someone who can make recommendation to contents and deign of contents

· Need good designer who created quality Contents

· Someone who works with precision/Perfection and keen eye to create and review literatures

· Someone who is flexible and can manager time

· professional designing exp is a must

· They are also willing to train if candidate has the right BG and Attitude

· Need examples/Work Samples/Portfolio of their work
