Project Manager

Location: Arlington, TX - Hybrid

Contract | 1+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Business Resilience Transformation (BRT) Program during its discovery phase. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, track risks and dependencies, facilitate governance activities, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and consulting teams.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and track mitigation plans.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, executive updates, and governance materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Support vendor/consulting partner coordination and deliverable tracking.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance artifacts are maintained.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Program Coordination, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience supporting large cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Strong background in schedule management, risk tracking, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and consulting partners.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Services industry experience.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Experience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, Cybersecurity, or Risk programs.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 22301, or FFIEC.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
