HR Supervisor

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead daily HR operations and support employees and management in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be Bilingual
- Must be able to work from 9am to 6pm
- Must have Manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, HR records, and required reporting.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts.
- Lead HR audits, training compliance, and process improvements.
- Supervise and develop the HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Manufacturing or warehouse HR experience required.
- Previous HR leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, and employment law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
