Summary:
Seeking a Regulatory Affairs Engineer II or III to provide licensing, regulatory, and technical support for major nuclear facility initiatives and strategic objectives. The role involves supporting engineering project teams, interfacing with regulatory agencies, coordinating with vendors and industry organizations, and ensuring compliance with applicable nuclear licensing and environmental requirements. The engineer will provide guidance on regulatory matters, support licensing activities, and assist in resolving complex regulatory and environmental issues.

Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Nuclear licensing and regulatory affairs experience
- Experience in a Department of Energy (DOE) or Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulated environment
- Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and problem-solving methodologies
- Regulatory compliance and licensing support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting nuclear power plant license renewal projects
- Experience reviewing license renewal applications
- Participation in industry committees related to license renewal
- Experience developing, implementing, auditing, or inspecting aging management programs
- Environmental compliance or environmental review experience
