Job Summary

Seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to support Comcast's Benefits Integration team during the NBCU divestiture initiative. The consultant will maintain and troubleshoot Workday and SAP integrations, support vendor file transmissions, perform testing, analyze file specifications, validate data, and collaborate with HR, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday HCM and Benefits integrations
• Analyze file specifications and business requirements
• Perform UAT, regression, and system testing
• Troubleshoot data and integration issues
• Configure and maintain vendor interfaces
• Work with HR, Benefits, and technical teams
• Support quality reviews and audit processes
• Document processes, test results, and system changes

Must Have

• 3+ years of Workday HRIS experience
• Workday configuration and support experience
• Integration troubleshooting experience
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience working with vendors and benefits files
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
