Manufacturing Manager
The Judge Group is in search of an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, efficiency, staffing, and on-time production while leading cross-functional teams across multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production operations across all shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
- Drive productivity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Partner with maintenance, quality, planning, and warehouse teams
- Develop, train, and mentor production personnel
- Monitor production performance, inventory accuracy, and operational results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in food production
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Work Environment
- Refrigerated food manufacturing facility
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
