Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Grand Prairie Plant, Grand Prairie, TX
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $90,000 + Overtime Eligible
Shift: 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift
Preferred: Strong Fanuc Robotics experience

Position Summary

The company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 6-8 UAW maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs, driving safety compliance, and leading troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily activities of 6-8 plant maintenance employees.
• Coordinate rapid response to equipment breakdowns and production downtime.
• Support and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, conveyor, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret:
• Equipment manuals
• Electrical schematics
• Assembly drawings
• Bill of Materials (BOMs)
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to complete projects on schedule.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) improvements.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work and optimize spare parts availability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and plant safety regulations, including:
• LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
• NFPA 70E / Arc Flash Safety
• Energized Work Permits
• Safe Cell Entry Procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a plant/factory environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Maintenance Management certifications/accreditations.
• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance.
• Allen-Bradley PLC knowledge.
• Atlas Copco torque systems experience.
• Fanuc 5-Axis Transfer Robots and Fanuc Controller troubleshooting (major plus).
• AutoCAD Mechanical/Electrical experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
