Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary product and solution-focused partner for a select portfolio of enterprise SaaS clients.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders by understanding their business goals, operational processes, technology ecosystems, and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Partner with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities, helping translate ideas into practical and scalable solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and communicate them effectively to internal Product, Technology, and Solution teams.
• Facilitate discussions between clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate solution feasibility and align on desired outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between client needs and internal product development processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Technology, Solution Design, and Account Management teams to support client initiatives.
• Challenge assumptions constructively and guide clients toward achievable business outcomes.
• Support the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of customer-driven enhancements and solution requests.
• Navigate evolving priorities and changing requirements while maintaining a strong focus on client success.
• Participate in periodic client visits and company travel as needed.

Must Have / Required:

• Proven experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in a client-facing role involving complex business problem solving.
• Background in Product Consulting, Solution Consulting, Solution Design, Business Analysis, Product Management, or a similar discipline.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into structured solution recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including experience working with senior client leaders.
• Ability to understand business processes, technology environments, workflows, and system interactions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Technology, and Business teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Naturally curious with a desire to understand customer challenges, ask thoughtful questions, and identify root causes.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of business, product, and technology.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and company events.
