About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help build a next-generation lending platform from the ground up. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in a 0-to-1 environment and is passionate about transforming customer and business challenges into innovative, scalable digital solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to define product strategy, establish priorities, and deliver impactful customer experiences. Experience with digital onboarding solutions is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with business, design, engineering, and operational teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize product backlogs and guide Agile delivery teams through execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Consult with senior leadership on product strategy, innovation, and long-term business solutions.
- Influence and drive large-scale, complex initiatives requiring strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor product performance and incorporate customer feedback into future enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or related experience.
- Equivalent experience through consulting, military service, education, or specialized training may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience building and launching products from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in complex environments.
- Experience translating customer insights into product requirements and user experiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services, lending, banking, or fintech environments.
- Experience building digital onboarding solutions or customer acquisition platforms.
- Background working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience creating products in highly regulated industries.
